Rooms may be reserved over the phone, at +972 (0)4-9845555 or +972 (0)4-9845507, or online, on this website.
 
Users making their reservations online through this website hereby declare that they agree to abide by all of its instructions and conditions, and that they or anyone acting on their behalf shall have no direct or indirect claim and/or demand against this site and/or against the hotel and/or anyone acting on its behalf.
 
Users making their reservations through this Internet site are required to provide their personal details, including their national ID number or passport number, and credit card details. Credit card details entered on this website are used to place the reservation. The credit card will be charged if any cancellation fees are payable by the orderer.
The actual payment for accommodations will be performed at the hotel. Once the ordering process is complete, the purchaser will receive an automated e-mail message confirming the reservation, which will contain an order number. Purchasers must print out the content of that message, bring it with them to the hotel, and present it at the reception desk.
  
 
Reserved Rights
All rights to the website are reserved exclusively to the hotel. Nir Ezion Resort's logo and the trademarks displayed on the website are the property of the hotel. The information appearing on this website may not be duplicated, copied, distributed, sold, or modified without the prior written consent of the hotel, with the exception of downloading information for personal and non-commercial use.
 
1. Conditions and restrictions
 
A. The prices on this website are in new Israeli shekels (ILS). They include V.A.T. and apply to Israelis only.  Orderers that are citizens of foreign countries (who do not hold Israeli citizenship as well) will be able to book rooms through the website in dollars, based on the prices publicized on the English-language website. Payment will be performed at the hotel in the foreign currency via credit card, or in shekels, based on the conversion rate at the hotel on the day payment is made (payment at the hotel in foreign currency will not be possible). Tourists who, during check-in, present a foreign passport and a B2 tourist visa are eligible for a V.A.T. exemption. This exemption applies only to the order made for that tourist. Others sharing the accommodation with the tourist, or those who do not present the documents stated above, are not eligible for an exemption, even if they will be staying at the same room, or are listed on the same order.
B. The hotel may, at any time, modify the conditions for accepting orders and the price of accommodations. Space is limited, and hotel rooms will be reserved based on available space.
C. The orderers' stay at the hotel shall begin on the day they arrive at the hotel, beginning at 3:00 p.m., and ending at 11:00 a.m. on the day they leave. Arriving and/or leaving before/after these times is possible only with the hotel management's prior consent, and may result in a surcharge.
D. Babies: individuals of up to two years of age. Children: individuals aged two to twelve.
E. Only adults over the age of eighteen may make a reservation at the hotel. Accommodations for minors (under the age of 18) will only be provided if they are accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.
F. The images on the website are for illustration purposes only and are not binding on the hotel.
G. The hotel is not responsible for any errors made by orderers when entering order details, including errors in the dates, ages and/or numbers of guests, the number of rooms, or any other service ordered through the website.
H. Pets are not allowed on the premises of the hotel. Seeing eye dogs (service dogs) will be allowed at the hotel if an official confirmation of vaccination and service dog certification is presented.
 
 
 
Terms and conditions for cancelling orders   
1. Orders may be cancelled in one of the following ways:
  • By contacting the hotel's reservation department at the following times: 
Sunday through Thursday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Fridays and holiday eves between 8-11 a.m. 
  • Over the phone, at +972 (0)4-9845555 or +972 (0)4-9845507
  • By sending an e-mail to the following address:  mailto:hotel@nir-ezion.co.il. Email messages received after the reservation department's office hours will be considered to have been received on the following business day.
  • Through the hotel's website: Guests may access their order page on the website and cancel their reservation. To access the order page on the website, guests should use the email address they provided when making their reservation, as well as the password they were given in the order confirmation that was e-mailed to them (at the bottom of the page).                    
 
2. Those making reservations through the website may cancel their orders, pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law - 1981 (henceforth: "the Law"), up to 14 days after the reservation was made, provided that the cancellation was made at least 7 days (not including days of rest) before the date the service was to be provided. If the guest had cancelled the reservation as specified above (not due to a defect or non-conformity as determined by law), the guest will not be charged a cancellation fee.
 
3. The hotel's order cancellation policy shall apply to guests who cancel their accommodations not within the 14 days cancellation period mentioned in the Law, at a time that is not July-August or holidays:
 
A. If the reservation is cancelled more than one month before the planned accommodation, no cancellation fees will be charged.
B. If the reservation is cancelled any time between the time the transaction is executed and the seven days, not including days of rest, preceding the planned hotel stay, a handling and cancellation fee of 100 ILS per room will be charged.
C. If the reservation is cancelled up to seven days, not including days of rest, before the planned stay, a cancellation and handling fee equivalent to 50% of the value of the transaction will be charged.
D. If the guest completed the order and did not arrive at the hotel, without prior notice of cancellation, the guest will be charged 100% of the total value of the reservation.
 
4. Cancellation fee for accommodation during July and August and Israeli holidays 
 
A. If the reservation is cancelled more than one month before the planned accommodation, no cancellation fees will be charged.
B. If the reservation is cancelled any time between the time the transaction is executed and the 14 days, not including days of rest, preceding the planned hotel stay, a handling and cancellation fee of 100 (one hundred) ILS per room will be charged.
C. If the reservation is cancelled up to fourteen days, not including days of rest, before the planned stay, a cancellation and handling fee equivalent to 50% of the value of the transaction will be charged.
D. If the guest completed the order and did not arrive at the hotel, without prior notice of cancellation, the guest will be charged 100% of the overall value of the reservation.

The hotel and/or anyone acting on its behalf and/or any of the hotel owners is not responsible for damage that may be caused as a result of a delay or failure when using the website, including any attempt to make a reservation. They are also not responsible for keeping the server that the website runs on free of viruses or anything else that may damage the orderer's computer when the orderer accesses the website. The hotel and/or anyone acting on its behalf and/or any of the hotel owners is not responsible for information from third parties displayed on the website, including advertisements.

From time to time, the website may display links to other websites, provided for guests' convenience, and the hotel is in no way responsible for the information appearing in the said links.
  
Cancelling and changing reservations made on Nir Etzion's website - rules and instructions:
1. Changing a reservation: 
A. The reservation may not be changed directly on the website. Customers who had made a reservation and wish to change it shall do so either by sending an e-mail message to hotel@nir-ezion.co.il, or by calling the hotel, at +972-(0)4-9845555.
 
 B. Cancelling a reservation:
A. Guests who had made a reservation on the website will receive a username and password, which will appear on the order confirmation they were sent. The reservation may be cancelled from any page on the website, by accessing the "My Orders" category, which appears at the bottom of the homepages. The customer will be required to enter his/her username, e-mail address, and password appearing on the order confirmation, in the appropriate places.
B. After the username and password are entered, the reservation may be cancelled by clicking on the "Cancel" button, provided that the reservation fulfills the conditions for cancellation that appear on the price list. Order cancellation is subject to the cancellation policy defined in the Rules and Regulations.
C. If the reservation does not fulfill the cancellation conditions, and the "Cancel" button does not appear in the "My Orders" page, the reservation should be cancelled by contacting the hotel at which the reservation was made, by calling the reservation center at +972 (0)4-9845507 or by sending an e-mail to hotel@nir-ezion.co.il.
 
 
How to cancel
Reservations made on the website may be cancelled by sending a "cancellation message", which is a message that the orderer sends in any of the following ways. The message will specify the name of the orderer, the orderer's ID number, the order number, and, if the cancellation was done orally, another identifying detail, provided when the reservation was made, will be required. The cancellation message can be sent in one of the following ways:
1. Orally, by contacting us at +972 (0)4-9845507
2. By giving oral notice at the business address (Nir Ezion, Hof Hacarmel Postal Region) 
3. By sending registered mail to the following address: Nir Ezion Hotel, Hof Hacarmel Postal Region, 3080800. The message will be considered received once the letter is received at the hotel.
